Hello there! My name is Elise Bright. I have been practicing electrolysis since 2008. I heard about electrolysis at the age of 12 and decided I wanted to become an Electrologist to assist those struggling with unwanted hair. I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 23 and everything began to make sense about my body and hair growth. Dealing with unwanted hair affected my self-esteem, and the daily routine of hair removal left me feeling hopeless. Once I tried electrolysis, it changed my life completely. I gained additional time in the mornings and felt a newfound sense of confidence.
Navigating life with PCOS has shaped my journey and given me a deep understanding of the challenges it brings. I've found purpose and fulfillment in supporting women who face similar struggles. Offering insight to a holistic approach to treating PCOS is not just a passion, but a calling that stems from my own experiences. Hi, I'm Alex. Before pursuing a career in electrolysis, I worked in software and biotech sales for over seven years. During that time, I discovered my love for working with different people, building relationships, and expanding beyond small talk. While I enjoyed my time in sales, I knew I needed more purpose from my career. After receiving electrolysis treatment myself, I realized it was a trade I should pursue, and I'm proud to say it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I graduated from the California Electrology Academy, where I was mentored by the best in the industry. The community and knowledge I gained were invaluable, and I hope to one day return as a guest instructor, mentoring aspiring electrologists.
A little about me personally: I love to laugh, enjoy live music, stay active, try new things, and explore different foods. My goal in life is to leave this earth better than how I found it.
